Personal Training Pricing Packages

Full Sessions

  • One Session Appointment $100 per session
  • Ten Session Package $80 per session
  • Twenty Session Package $75 per session
  • Thirty Session Package $70 per session
  • Forty Session Package $65 per session

Half Sessions (Perfect for college students or anyone on a budget):

  • One Session Appointment $65 per session
  • Ten Session Package $50 per session
  • Twenty Session Package $50 per session

The prices above do not include the nutritional session and the full evaluation which is $180. The half sessions are 30 minutes but do not include the warm up or the cool down. The warm up is 15 minutes and the cool down is 5 minutes. So new clients should plan for 50 minutes of exercise. The warm up is usually done on the treadmill walking slow at about 3.5mph.

Partner Sessions

  • One Session Appointment $105 per session
  • Ten Session Package $100 per session
  • Twenty Session Package $95 per session

Starter Package $360

The Starter Package includes 2 workout sessions and a 1 1/2 hour diet, nutrition, and supplement consultation. This package is good for the “do it yourself type” or the person that does not have the funds available for hiring a consistent long-term personal trainer.

In-Home Training Sessions

The rates for “In-Home” training sessions will vary dependent upon your location. We provide in-home training in the San Francisco area which include: Marin, Emeryville, Pacifica, Daly City, San Mateo, Redwood City.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates for family or friends are available for the Start-Up Package.

Phone Consultation $99 per session

Usually most clients need 2 to 3 sessions to get them started. Phone consultations include advice on strength training, diet, nutrition, and supplementation. We will personally help you achieve your goals by providing a customize training program and a meal plan.
